For over two decades, Daphne has mentored young ladies, fostered relationships and been a strong support and resource for many who’ve confided in her. Daphne is a successful entrepreneur of Always Assisting U!, a Management Solutions & Support Agency, providing professional Human Resources and Executive Administration services to business owners and busy individuals. She is the wife duo to the mixology and bartending team of Thirsty Release.

Marketing DaNischa is a woman of God who has a heart for serving others. Her passionate nature for inspiring and motivating people, helping them to try to see the positive aspects of their lives. She is a mother of one daughter and a fur baby. She is driven, versatile, and client focused with over 10 years of professional experience in the mortgage industry. DaNischa enjoys exercising, traveling, nature, trying new experiences, and spending time with loved ones. Chay WaltersExecutive Administrator
Chatovanaya Walters is a Financial Professional at New York Life, known for her commitment to service, leadership, and community empowerment. Originally from Minnesota, she holds a degree in Political Science and a Master’s in Management from DePaul University. Her academic foundation, along with global experiences—including studying in Israel and Italy and a service trip to Darién, Panama—has shaped her ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. Now based in Dallas, Texas, Chatovanaya helps clients navigate their financial journeys with clarity and confidence, offering personalized strategies that align with their values and long-term goals. Her passion for mentorship and advocacy is rooted in her early service as a YMCA counselor and lifelong involvement with the Girl Scouts—experiences that continue to inspire her work with women and youth. Outside the office, Chatovanaya finds joy in meaningful connections—whether sharing a meal with loved ones, discovering new places, or engaging in her faith community at Social Dallas. Quianna dunningAdministrative Support
Quianna is a SURVIVOR. She was in an abusive relationship and with 2 small daughters under 5, she stays very lowkey and quiet. Maybe one day she will surface again, but right now she says she is not ready. Quianna is out of that relationship but he is not behind bars. Qui often jokes that she is a Law & Order: SVU episode but the difference is she has AML. She says, PLEASE do NOT feel bad or sorry for me... I DON'T! She was able to get out and get help. She and her daughters are safe. |

Jenny grew up in the Midwest and moved to Texas in 2005. Jenny and her husband Sean are the proud parents of one teenage son, Nolan.
As a family, they love to camp, hike, fish, ride ATV’s, and more! She is the sales and marketing manager for a land company.
As a Christian wife she loves spending time outdoors with her boys. The McCauley family motto includes “One Day at a Time” and “Faith Over Fear”.
