Being an extrovert trapped in an introverts body, Daphne has always spoke for those that aren’t ready to speak for themselves. For over two decades, Daphne has mentored young ladies, fostered relationships and been a strong support and resource for many who’ve confided in her. Daphne is a successful entrepreneur of Always Assisting U!, a Management Solutions & Support Agency, providing professional Human Resources and Executive Administration services to business owners and busy individuals. She is the wife duo to the mixology and bartending team of Thirsty Release.  
Daphne hails proudly from Queens, New York but now lives in McKinney, Texas with her husband and their three children and puppy girl.

Taylor is the ultimate creative at heart from East Texas who loves to connect with others & spread positivity by transitioning into a full artistic lifestyle, cultivating new outlets geared towards genuine expression. From showcasing in art shows to directing creative projects for artists, she is never short on artistic, fun, or strategic ideas that can bring any project to life. When not helping others, Taylor can be found somewhere outdoors with her pups, creating or traveling and taking on new experiences.

La toya jones

La Toya Jones is a seasoned nonprofit professional. She is driven by a deep passion for creating positive change in the community. Over the years, she has honed her skills in strategic leadership, program development, and stakeholder engagement to drive impactful initiatives. La Toya has a heart for service, especially for marginalized populations who have been historically economically disenfranchised. She is a staunch supporter of all things for the betterment, mental wellness, and actualization of women. La Toya holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Financial Social Work, Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. ​

Marketing Director
DaNischa is a woman of God who has a heart for serving others. Her passionate nature for inspiring and motivating people, helping them to try to see the positive aspects of their lives. She is a mother of one daughter and a fur baby.
She is driven, versatile, and client focused with over 10 years of professional experience in the mortgage industry. DaNischa enjoys exercising, traveling, nature, trying new experiences, and spending time with loved ones.

cheneda samuel

Programs Director
​​Cheneda Samuel is a seasoned nonprofit professional. Currently, she is the Director of Navigation at One Heart McKinney. She has over twenty years of experience in the nonprofit world and an extensive professional career in engineering and management. She is passionate about helping people and getting them to their desired goals, which shows in her community service efforts. She has volunteered at Community Garden Kitchen for five years, is an Active member of the Junior League of Collin County- where she has held many leadership positions, and has served on the Little Hearts of Hope and Train Your Future boards. She has lived in Texas for 17 years. She is originally from Baltimore, MD, and this is where her passion for serving the community began. She holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Board Member Essentials, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA.​​​

Jasmine Lee

Social Ambassador​
Jasmine Lee is an avid believer, a transformational leader, a relationship cultivator, and an all-in mother of two who finds no greater joy than being with family and helping others. She is the owner of ​Journey with Jasmine, a company that connects people with experiences, and she is also an executive HR professional having been in the industry 15+ years employed with globally recognized financial services firms. Throughout the years Jasmine has helped others find their way either through employment, through prayer, providing shelter, or simply offering a listening ear. She has a heart for the people and believe they should be seen and heard while taking up space with strength and confidence manifesting their gift to the world.

Jenny McCauley

Jenny grew up in the Midwest and moved to Texas in 2005. Jenny and her husband Sean are the proud parents of one teenage son, Nolan.

As a family, they love to camp, hike, fish, ride ATV’s, and more! She is the sales and marketing manager for a land company.

As a Christian wife she loves spending time outdoors with her boys. The McCauley family motto includes
​“One Day at a Time” and
“Faith Over Fear”.

Community Ambassador
Originally from Odessa, TX, Marisha moved to McKinney with her husband and 3 beautiful children.

Throughout her childhood, Marisha had numerous aspirations - like a teacher, a veterinarian, and even an astronaut. However, Human Resources always intrigued the most due to her passion for assisting others and cultivating a favorable work environment. We wish her the best as she is currently in school for a Bachelors in HR. In her free time, Marisha enjoys running, hiking, fishing and spending time with her family.
