An admin is the person or people to whom activities are involved in managing an organization.  Our organization is fully operational by the love and support of our admins. They provide feedback, ideas and creativity that the next generation are feeling and going thru. Our admin team is amazing! Yes, we are very bias on this subject but we mean it. We appreciate the support, love, growth and admire them for the hard work that they contribute to the organization, events, and programs.

Valerie Hackney - 
Executive Assistant,  is from Nashville, Tennessee and has recently relocated to Texas for her husbands’ startup company. Valerie has her BA degree in Marketing, and a minor in Management. She is passionate about marketing and helping small businesses succeed! Valerie loves her fur baby, Gelo, and is constantly teaching him new tricks. Being outdoors for Valerie is therapeutic. She enjoys her alone time but also loves traveling and going on fun adventures! As of late August 2020, Valerie is no longer apart of AML. We wish her well on her growing family. 

​Alexis Amos - 
Lead Research Assistant is originally from Florida and now lives in Virginia. She is working towards a degree in Data Science at the University of Virginia. Her goal is to use the power of statistics and data analysis to support social justice movements. She is excited to expand her skills and combine them with her passion for advocacy, inclusive, and women empowerment. Alexis joined A Motivating Love to help inspire women to find self-acceptance and grow into their inner strength. She really loves animals and spending time with her cats. She also enjoys making a variety of crafts and sharing them with friends and family. Due to health reasons, Alexis resigned from AML in February 2020. 

Christopher Ogunbufunmi - 
Development Assistant was born in Texas but was raised in Nigeria. Because of this, he comes with different beliefs and experiences which he imposes when involved in conversations. He has a twin brother. He attends Babson College. Christopher has taken part in many events that have to deal with giving out and supporting people, which is one of the reasons he is excited to join A Motivating Love. Mid September 2020, Christopher left AML to further pursue his education full-time and AML wishes him well.

Jerry Joseph - 
Program Assistant is currently finishing my masters at Indiana Wesleyan University for my MBA in health care administration. Over the past few years, Jerry has had positions in numerous fields with a common purpose – to be able to support others through my roles. Supporting others has been his life motto since it has been a recurrent theme no matter where he is. After being exposed to a diverse array of cultures, he has had the privilege to understand the difficulties associated with every individual’s background. Although breaking barriers to understand another person’s situation is challenging, Jerry believes that being a part of the AML team as well as working alongside dedicated leaders will help to enhance my ability to help those in need. ​Mid September 2020, Jerry had an incredible opportunity to fulfill his educational aspirations and AML wishes him well.
